Purchasing, Returns and Exchanges

Back Orders
Occasionally we sell out of an item faster than expected. If this occurs, the item will be placed on backorder and you will be given the choice to either wait for the product or receive a refund.

Order Status
You will receive an automated email after your purchase with a confirmation number.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. An invoice must accompany all returns. All clothing & accessories must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags. Please be aware that removing tags may delay your exchange or refund. For expedited service, please mark any defects with tape.

Opened CDs, DVDs, and/or videos are not returnable unless damaged. Heart rate monitors, electronic equipment, Spinner® Sport, Velo, Pro, Elite and NXT bike returns must be in original packaging and a 20% restocking fee, plus the original shipping cost* will be deducted from all credits issued to the customer for these items.

All bike returns must include a Return Authorization number, which can be obtained from our Returns Department via e-mail at shipping@spinning.com or by phone at 800.847.7746. The RA# allows us to better understand the nature of the return and process your request in a timely manner. After 30 days of purchase, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

*Under our Shipping Included Promotion shipping costs for the Spinner Sport are equal to $85. Shipping costs for the Velo, Pro, Elite and NXT are equal to $235.

Please repack your order, enclose the invoice and return to Mad Dogg Athletics. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for returned items. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged items during the return shipping process. Mad Dogg Athletics is not responsible for postage for returned items.

If your order has damaged or incorrect merchandise or if part of your order is missing, call us immediately. Save all the cartons and packing material for inspection. Mad Dogg Athletics will refund shipping costs associated with returning such merchandise.

Refused Orders
Refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to all applicable freight charges.

Exchanges
Return shipping charges will not be refunded, however, you will not be charged for the shipping costs associated with exchanges. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to appear on your statement. If your order is a gift and the recipient wishes to return or exchange it, please follow the above return/exchange instructions.

Refunds
Credit Card: You will be issued applicable refund directly to the card used on the original purchase after merchandise has been returned and inspected.

Check: You will receive a refund check approximately 14 – 21 business days after merchandise has been received and inspected.

Sales Tax
Mad Dogg Athletics is required to collect sales tax in the states of California, Texas and Colorado at the rate in effect at the time your order is shipped. The state tax rate will be calculated during the ordering process.

Fraud
Mad Dogg Athletics thoroughly checks the validity of orders for fraudulent use and is not responsible for any delays due to verification of orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent without notice.

How to Change Your Order
Mad Dogg Athletics Europe processes your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made a mistake on your order, please notify us immediately by sending an email to orderseurope@spinning.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will be unable to change any portion of your order unless you return the product to us (see below for return/exchange procedures).

Returns and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened and the hangtags have not been removed, you may return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any VAT you were charged, this however doesn't include designated duties, taxes and custom fees you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You will be charged a nominal shipping and handling fee of 5 Euros for any exchanged items.
